At the wide bay presentation dinner and awards our club was well represented with 19 people<br />
attending. Our awards were remi fair‐weather broke 3 wide bay records and took out age champion<br />
for her age group for the year; Chelsea gubecka broke 1 wide bay record and took out age champion<br />
for her age for the year.<br />
Ellen masters also took out age champion for her age group for the year.<br />
At the sunny coast champs we took out 6 out of 18 age champions as well.<br />
They included Jordan Gubecka, Ellen masters, Chelsea Gubecka, Remi Fair‐weather, Kurt Leube, and<br />
Jo Dandle,<br />
The club won our division this year by over 200 points and we also took out the over all point score<br />
for wide bay by about 50 points. We beat the division one clubs like Coolum, Maryborough and fairy<br />
mead, who have twice the number of swimmer that we do.<br />
In all our club had a Stella year and I wish to thank the kids, the parents the coaches peter, barry,<br />
Janice and Josh, the committee, stock lands park and the staff of the Kawana Aquatic Centre.<br />
