What has happen at the location of the university during East German times? How did the youth of
former DDR live? Has there been an opposition? The musician Frieder W. Bergner and Silke Gonska and
the artist Dagmar Demming created in summer 2009 a collage.They unsed texts and music, partly
original documents from dissents and called it Revue Erfurt 1979 . Now we want to perform the revue
with students . The preparation for the production will take place at summer-semester and wintersemester
2010/11. We will create the whole production from stage design over singing and dancing until
audio engineering and directing.

Writing and desighning of scientific text

During lessons the students become aquainted how the pc as a writing tool influence the writing process
and the writing product. New scientific research results in the field of writing are discussed and
transferred during producing scientific text.
The studente will be enanbled to use the technical possibilities of the software for automatisation of
routine work during wordprocessing in order to concentrate on the development of their abilities to
produce, evaluate and to rework scientific text.
During production of different kinds of scientific text, the function of the text as well as the concept of
writing and their influence of the content and the design of the text will be discussed.
