in securing the complete Bureau service history of the person for whorrl
the inforniation is requestod. For that rcason, all inquirics of thiH sort
should be referred to tho Cehtral 'Office where records itre available to
permit the preparation of a t'ull rcport from the tlatc! of appointment.

ological balloons that neoprenct balloons should be soft and pliable before
inflation. Neoprene beco1nc.r stiff over II period o~' time, espc1oiullY
if subject to low ternperntures in nhipment antl rriuHt be wariiicd prior
to use to restore the rnaterial to its normal condition.
Expcriencc has indicatcd that the heating of 100- and 360-gram Kay-
Sam balloons to 120 OC. will inoreasc the bursting elevations several
kilomotcm. Darcx t~ulloons should be heatod in accordance wit11 instructions
printcd on the containers.
