At so critical an hour in the history of civilizationit behooves the leaders of all the nations of the world, greatand small, whether in the East or in the West, whether victorsor vanquished, to give heed to the clarion call of Bahá’u’lláhand, thoroughly imbued with a sense of world solidarity, thesine quaa non of loyalty to His Cause, arise manfully to carryout in its entirety the one remedial scheme He, the DivinePhysician, has prescribed for an ailing humanity.
