In the case of a newschool employee, the school board may permit theschool employee to submit proof of an examination,chest X-ray or tuberculin test complying with thissection which was taken within the past 90 days inlieu of requiring such examination, X-ray or test. Ifthe reaction to the tuberculin test is positive, a chestX-ray shall be required.
