ANNEX VIIREGARDING TRANSITIONAL RULES COVERING CERTAIN ARTICLES OFTHE FREE TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEENTHE EFTA STATES AND THE REPUBLIC OF SERBIAConsidering that Articles 12 (Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures), 13(Technical Regulations), 17 (Subsidies and Countervailing Measures), and 18 (Antidumping)refer to the respective Agreements of the World Trade Organization(hereinafter the “WTO”) without incorporating them into this Agreement,The Parties agree that until Serbia becomes a full Member of the WTO:(a)(b)(c)the WTO Agreement on the Application of Sanitary and PhytosanitaryMeasures, the WTO Agreement on Technical Barriers to Trade, ArticlesVI and XVI of the GATT 1994, and the WTO Agreement on Subsidiesand Countervailing Measures shall be considered to be part of the FreeTrade Agreement and apply, mutatis mutandis, to the Parties;the application of Article 36 (Non-Application) of the Free TradeAgreement shall be suspended; andSerbia shall not apply anti-dumping measures in relation to productsoriginating in another Party.________________
