The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 3 shall also apply in respect of packagingwithin the meaning of paragraph 2 of Article 8, accessories, spare parts and tools withinthe meaning of Article 9 and products in a set within the meaning of Article 10 whensuch items are non-originating.5. The provisions of paragraphs 1 to 4 shall apply only in respect of materialswhich are of the kind to which this Agreement applies. Furthermore, they shall notpreclude the application of an export refund system for agricultural products, applicableupon export in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.TITLE VPROOF OF ORIGINArticle 16General Requirements1. Products originating in an EFTA State shall, on importation into Serbia andproducts originating in Serbia shall, on importation into an EFTA State, benefit fromthis Agreement upon submission of one of the following proofs of origin:(a)(b)(c)a movement certificate EUR.1, a specimen of which appears inAppendix 3a;a movement certificate EUR-MED, a specimen of which appears inAppendix 3b; orin the cases specified in paragraph 1 of Article 22, a declaration,subsequently referred to as the “invoice declaration” or the “invoicedeclaration EUR-MED”, given by the exporter on an invoice, a deliverynote or any other commercial document which describes the productsconcerned in sufficient detail to enable them to be identified; the texts ofthe invoice declarations appear in Appendices 4a and 4b.2. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, originating products within the meaning of thisProtocol shall, in the cases specified in Article 27, benefit from this Agreement withoutit being necessary to submit any of the documents referred to in paragraph 1.
