- 23 -(b)(c)(d)(e)documents proving <strong>the</strong> originating status <strong>of</strong> materials used, issued ormade out in an EFTA State or in Serbia where <strong>the</strong>se documents are usedin accordance with domestic law;documents proving <strong>the</strong> working or processing <strong>of</strong> materials in an EFTAState or in Serbia, issued or made out in an EFTA State or in Serbia,where <strong>the</strong>se documents are used in accordance with domestic law;movement certificates EUR.1, movement certificates EUR-MED, invoicedeclarations or invoice declarations EUR-MED proving <strong>the</strong> originatingstatus <strong>of</strong> materials used, issued or made out in an EFTA State or Serbia inaccordance with this Protocol, or in one <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r countries referred toin Articles 3 <strong>and</strong> 4, in accordance with rules <strong>of</strong> origin which are identicalto <strong>the</strong> rules in this Protocol;appropriate evidence concerning working <strong>and</strong> processing undergoneoutside an EFTA State, Serbia or <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r countries referred to inArticles 3 <strong>and</strong> 4 by application <strong>of</strong> Article 12, proving that <strong>the</strong>requirements <strong>of</strong> that Article have been satisfied.Article 29Preservation <strong>of</strong> Pro<strong>of</strong> <strong>of</strong> Origin <strong>and</strong> Supporting Documents1. The exporter applying for <strong>the</strong> issue <strong>of</strong> a movement certificate EUR.1 or EUR-MED shall keep for at least three years <strong>the</strong> documents referred to in paragraph 3 <strong>of</strong>Article 17.2. The exporter making out an invoice declaration or an invoice declaration EUR-MED shall keep for at least three years a copy <strong>of</strong> this invoice declaration as well as <strong>the</strong>documents referred to in paragraph 5 Article 22.3. The customs authorities <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> exporting Party issuing a movement certificateEUR.1 or EUR-MED shall keep for at least three years <strong>the</strong> application form referred toin paragraph 2 <strong>of</strong> Article 17.4. The customs authorities <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> importing Party shall keep for at least three years<strong>the</strong> movement certificates EUR.1, <strong>the</strong> movement certificates EUR-MED, <strong>the</strong> invoicedeclarations <strong>and</strong> <strong>the</strong> invoice declarations EUR-MED submitted to <strong>the</strong>m.Article 30Discrepancies <strong>and</strong> Formal Errors1. The discovery <strong>of</strong> slight discrepancies <strong>between</strong> <strong>the</strong> statements made in <strong>the</strong> pro<strong>of</strong><strong>of</strong> origin <strong>and</strong> those made in <strong>the</strong> documents submitted to <strong>the</strong> customs <strong>of</strong>fice for <strong>the</strong>purpose <strong>of</strong> carrying out <strong>the</strong> formalities for importing <strong>the</strong> products shall not ipso facto
