- 23 -(b)(c)(d)(e)documents proving the originating status of materials used, issued ormade out in an EFTA State or in Serbia where these documents are usedin accordance with domestic law;documents proving the working or processing of materials in an EFTAState or in Serbia, issued or made out in an EFTA State or in Serbia,where these documents are used in accordance with domestic law;movement certificates EUR.1, movement certificates EUR-MED, invoicedeclarations or invoice declarations EUR-MED proving the originatingstatus of materials used, issued or made out in an EFTA State or Serbia inaccordance with this Protocol, or in one of the other countries referred toin Articles 3 and 4, in accordance with rules of origin which are identicalto the rules in this Protocol;appropriate evidence concerning working and processing undergoneoutside an EFTA State, Serbia or the other countries referred to inArticles 3 and 4 by application of Article 12, proving that therequirements of that Article have been satisfied.Article 29Preservation of Proof of Origin and Supporting Documents1. The exporter applying for the issue of a movement certificate EUR.1 or EUR-MED shall keep for at least three years the documents referred to in paragraph 3 ofArticle 17.2. The exporter making out an invoice declaration or an invoice declaration EUR-MED shall keep for at least three years a copy of this invoice declaration as well as thedocuments referred to in paragraph 5 Article 22.3. The customs authorities of the exporting Party issuing a movement certificateEUR.1 or EUR-MED shall keep for at least three years the application form referred toin paragraph 2 of Article 17.4. The customs authorities of the importing Party shall keep for at least three yearsthe movement certificates EUR.1, the movement certificates EUR-MED, the invoicedeclarations and the invoice declarations EUR-MED submitted to them.Article 30Discrepancies and Formal Errors1. The discovery of slight discrepancies between the statements made in the proofof origin and those made in the documents submitted to the customs office for thepurpose of carrying out the formalities for importing the products shall not ipso facto
