Thetrainees in the training in Phase 1 at Raipur were divided in two groups. The group 1 of thetrainees comprised of those who would be deployed to interview eligible mothers / care givers,angawandi workers, child development programme officers and supervisors. The second groupof trainees was those who would have an interaction with the eligible children.The training to the group 1 trainees was imparted by O.P.Goel, Researcher associated with thestudy and was actively involved in preparation of the study tools. The training to the secondgroup was imparted by officials of CARE.In the second phase, 15 trainees participated in the training. This training was imparted forthree days from 7 th to 9 th February, 2012 by officials of GfK MODE (Mr. Arun Rai & Mr. VipulChandekar) and Mr. Balaji B. Ubarhande, M&E Officer, CARE India. This training was impartedat Bilaspur.The training in the 3 rd phase was conducted at Nagpur for 4 days from 24 th to 27 th February,2012 in GfK office. It was imparted by officials of GfK MODE (Mr. Arun Rai & Mr. VipulChandekar). In all, 22 trainees attended this training.
