Reinstalling the Color Wheel or Gobo Wheel1. Hold the wheel so that the large ends of the keyhole slots arend Audio-Visual Phone: courtesy 0870 of Services 080 2342pointed down and the adhesive used to hold glass to the wheel isfacing away from the lamp.mail: enquiries@sxsevents.co.ukwww.sxsevents.co.ukDichroic glass is attached to both the gobo wheel and color wheel.On one side of the wheel, you can clearly see the adhesive used toattach the glass. On the other side of the wheel, you see only theglass (no adhesive).Caution:You must replace the wheel so that theadhesive used to hold the glass to the wheel isfacing away from the lamp, otherwise, theheat from the lamp could melt the adhesiveand cause the glass to fall from the wheel.2. Place the bottom of the wheel in the sensor groove. Carefully slipthe large ends of the keyhole slots over the hex screws. Push thewheel in then down until the hex screws are in the narrow ends ofthe keyhole slots.3. Tighten the hex screws while holding the wheel in place. Tightenthe screws only until they are snug; do not overtighten.4. <strong>Manual</strong>ly rotate the wheel and note any contact between the wheeland its sensor. If there is contact, remove the wheel and lay it on aflat surface to determine if the wheel is warped. If the wheel iswarped, contact High End Systems customer service (see “GettingHelp” on page Intro-3). If the wheel is not warped, adjust thewheel’s clearance to the sensor. For more information, see“Adjusting Wheel Clearance” on page 2-12.When you have successfully cleaned the fixture’s internal components,reconnect the safety cable (if applicable), replace the access door, andsecure the thumb latch.Adjusting Wheel ClearanceAdjust the wheel clearance to prevent either the color or gobo wheelfrom making contact with its sensor or any other object in the<strong>Trackspot</strong> fixture.Before you adjust the wheel clearance, remove the wheel and lay it on aflat surface to determine if the wheel is warped (see “Removing theColor Wheel or Gobo Wheel” on page 3-10.)
