You can demonstrate nonverbal communication elements in this step, remindingparticipants about:Nonverbal DosAlways keep at least one leg directed toward the listeningparty to keep contact.Follow the party's movements (mirroring).Nonverbal Don'tsBend your body to the direction of one party.Nod approvingly if one party is insulting.Stare into the air or at your finger nails.Ask participants to repeat the preceding exercise using mirroring.
