Additionalfinancial support continues to be provided bygifts from alumnae and friends of Sweet Briar.All amounts due for tuition, room, board, feesand other costs and charges must be paid as andwhen due, and each student is responsible fortimely payment. All statements are mailed to thestudent’s home address. Student accounts canalso be viewed online.The College also holds the parents and/orguardians of the student responsible for thefull and prompt payment of all tuition, room,board, fees, and other costs and charges, jointlyand severally with the student. Arrangements forborrowing funds are between the student and/orparents/guardians and the lending institutions.Any amounts not paid to the College by lendinginstitutions or third parties on the due datemust be remitted by the student and/or parents/guardians on the scheduled dates. You are urgedto make any necessary financial arrangementswell in advance of the dates on which amountsare due the College.No student will be permitted to attend theCollege unless her tuition, room, board, and feesare paid in advance. All financial obligationsfor tuition, room, board, fees, and other costsand charges of a student to all departments orenterprises of the College must be satisfied infull before she will be permitted to receive transcripts,to receive a diploma, or register for orenter classes in any succeeding term.The College reserves the right to changeits tuition, room, board, fees, and other costsand charges at the end of any term.
