When Bill Finegan arranged for Tommy Dorsey in the late<br />

1940s he took his arrangement of Sleepy Lagoon with him and<br />

the Dorsey band played almost the same arrangement.<br />

The band took the Rock Island RR Lines from Chicago to<br />

Omaha. (GMPR)<br />

Glenn Miller and His Orchestra played at the Chermot<br />

Ballroom, Omaha, Nebraska, from 9:30-1:30 am, and collected<br />
