Instructions for Handling and OrderingCableveyorTK Type is packed and shipped in pre-fixed lengths for convenience, secure packing and easy transportation. Assembly is easy andcan be done quickly without special tools.Assembly and <strong>Chain</strong> ConnectionTK TypeSectionBLay the outer side of the chain facingdown.Align the holes on both sides of thechain.Insert the pin and lock in place with theretaining ring.inserting the cables and hosesTK split supporterTake off the inner side of the supporter. If the supporter is difficult toremove, loosen the side bolts of the other supporter. Next, place thecables/hoses on the grooves. The inner supporter can then be putback and the supporter bolts loosely tightened. Do not firmly tightenthe bolts until all the supporters have been reattached and theCableveyor has been placed according to the photo for adjusting andfinal assembly.TK one-piece supporterThe cables/hoses may be inserted from the moving or fixed end. Afterthe cables or hoses have been inserted and the supporters replaced,tighten the supporter bolts completely. Be careful that the Cableveyorchain is not twisted. Tighten bolts evenly, keeping the Cableveyorstraight.
