The Executive BoardAn Executive Board, chaired by theOmbudsman and comprising the DeputyOmbudsman, the Deputy Chief Executiveand the Director of Policy Informationand Communications, exercisesmanagement of PHSO’s functions andactivities. The Executive Board isresponsible for the delivery of PHSO’sstrategic vision, policies and servicesto the public and other stakeholders.The Executive Board meets regularlyand is responsible for co-ordinatingactivity across the organisation. It is theprimary forum for making executivedecisions about operational, resource,communications and other administrativematters in order to deliver PHSO’s ThreeYear Strategic Plan and annual CorporateBusiness Plan, and for monitoringperformance.
