12 - 28 Symbol LS3408 Product Reference GuideSet Lengths for Code 11 (continued)Two Discrete Lengths - Select this option to decode only Code 11 symbols containing either of two selectedlengths. Select lengths using the numeric bar codes in Appendix D, Numeric Bar Codes. For example, to decodeonly those Code 11 symbols containing either 2 or 14 characters, select Code 11 - Two Discrete Lengths, thenscan 0, 2, 1, and then 4. In case of an error, or to change the selection, scan Cancel on page D-3.Code 11 - Two Discrete LengthsLength Within Range - Select this option to decode a Code 11 symbol with a specific length range. This selects the check digit mechanism for the decoded Code 11 bar code.
