Before his appointment to the Board of INA anddirector of Corporate Processes Function, he was GeneralSecretary of the Atlantic Group. He started his career inthe lawyer’s office in Zagreb. From May 1992 till August2001 he worked at the Croatian Embassies in Bern andWashington and joined the liaison Croatian Office withthe European Community Observers Mission. He washead of the National Coordinator Office for the SecurityPact. He earned executive management training atthe London Business School, Harvard Business Schooland INSEAD.Sándor Lendvai, Member of the Board andExecutive Director of Corporate Services FunctionSándor Lendvai (42) became a member of INAManagementBoard after his employment at the Shell InternationalPetroleum Co.Ltd oil products, where he was incharge of global secondary logistics and business excellence.He was born in Hungary and graduated from theFaculty of Economics, University of Budapest. His firsttwo-year employment was at the Interag Rt. in Budapest.He became a member of the Executive ManagerialTeam and Committee for Shell Hungary Supply Chain.In 1998 he moved to Milan, where he became BusinessPlanning Manager at Shell Europe Oil Products-southcluster. From 2000 till 2004 he was the Regional Managerfor the Region of south-Eastern Europe and in 2005he became the Global Secondary Logistics Manager.12 Introduction
