(44workers) have signed statements that members of theimmediate families of the crucial members of INA d.d.’smanagement have no stakes in INA d.d. which would givethem significant influence or control of the entity, both in2007 and in 2006.Other transactions with associatedpartiesThe Company is the principal user of the services of thecompany Crosco Naftni servisi d.o.o. and its dependentcompanies. The Crosco Group, which is fully owned bythe Company (note 13), has stated a consolidated incomeof 1,625 million HRK in 2007 (1,389 million HRK in 2006),of which 379 million HRK (472 million HRK in 2006) refersto income from sales, mostly of technological services,directly to INA d.d.The Company is also the principal user of the services ofthe dependent companies STSI d.o.o. and Maziva Zagrebd.o.o., which were founded in 2002, and the companySinaco d.o.o. which was founded in 2003 (note 13).The Company is also the principal user of the services of theassociated company JANAF d.d., in which the Company holds16.00% equity (note 17). Approximately 52 million HRK ofincome of the company JANAF d.d. out of the total incomeamount of 360 million HRK in 2007 refers to the income fromINA d.d. for using the JANAF d.d. oil pipeline system (in 2006:49 million HRK of 342 million HRK total income).Annual report 2007153
