Participation in training to management-level personnel as to methods ofensuring equal employment opportunity and preventing discrimination -During this reporting year, all KSPN and KDIS managers participated in a twohouron-line training titled “TWDC Compliance - Preventing Harassment – 2Hour Supervisor Enterprise.” The training covers critical learning points onsexual harassment, and also trains learners on the fundamentals of broaderworkplace harassment prevention, addressing all of the federally protectedcategories under Title VII. The program is designed to ensure compliance and tohelp organizations establish a powerful affirmative defense to workplaceharassment.H.
