II.Record KeepingIn compliance with the <strong>EEO</strong> record keeping requirements, the Station creates a file for eachposition to be filled. The file generally includes, but is not limited to, the following items: copiesof advertisements, emails, and the distributions to mailing list(s) used to notify sources of theopening and a summary of filled vacancies showing, interviewees and referral sources.In addition, the Station documents and retains information about its long-term recruitmentinitiatives. These files generally include, but are not limited to, the following information: thenature and date of each activity; the scope of the Station’s participation and the names and titlesof the Station personnel involved.III.Recruiting for Full-Time Open PositionsDuring the reporting time frame, one (1) position was posted, and it has not yet beenfilled. The chart at the end of this section has details about the: position; interviewees for theposition; and referral sources for the interviewees.The position during this reporting period was forwarded to the <strong>Disney</strong> Media Networks HumanResources department, which posted the job listing on <strong>Disney</strong>Careers.com and AllAccess.com.A position of Account Executive was opened June 21, 2013, and is still in the process of beingfilled. Notice of this job vacancy was posted on <strong>Disney</strong>Careers.com, AllAccess.com anddistributed to the station’s local recruitment contact list (Attachment A). To date, four ( )candidates have been interviewed for this position and the interview process is continuing.244
