The Ministry of Foreign Affairs <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> Ministry of Interior were toprepare Polish expectati<strong>on</strong>s <str<strong>on</strong>g>and</str<strong>on</strong>g> postulates, which were to be presented to <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g>Western countries during <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> next CSCE meetings.
