MPA DESIGN3.1 Are areas critical for the maintenance <strong>of</strong> the ecological integrity <strong>of</strong> the MPA includedwithin the boundaries (i.e. Nursery areas, spawning sites, seasonal habitats,refuges)?3.2 Is the size and shape <strong>of</strong> the protected area adequate to achieve the conservationobjectives? (i.e. can sustain ecological processes and buffer interior from edgeeffects)?3.3 Is there a visitor use zoning system indicating position and nature <strong>of</strong> operation andvisitor infrastructure?3.4 Do you think the zoning is adequate to manage all activities occurring in your MPA orare there certain activities that need to be dealt with more adequately under thezoning?
