Ghosh, Bose & Associates Pvt. Ltd. The case wasput up for c<strong>on</strong>siderati<strong>on</strong> in the 73 rd <str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>meeting</str<strong>on</strong>g> held <strong>on</strong> <strong>30.11.2012</strong>. After scrutinizing thedocuments submitted by the unit, the committee has opined that the project prop<strong>on</strong>ent should complywith the c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s already stipulated in Sl No 4 <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> earlier letter issued vide No. 839­2N­07/2012(E)dated 12.11.2012.It has been decided that the case shall be further c<strong>on</strong>sidered <strong>on</strong>ly after submissi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the necessaryinformati<strong>on</strong>.14. Proposed Commercial Complex "SOUTHCITY INFRASTRUCTURE TOWER" by M/s.Southcity Projects (Kolkata) Ltd. at IND – 6, Sector – K, N<strong>on</strong>adanga, PS – Tiljala, KMC WardNo. – 108, Kolkata – 700107.Activity:This is a proposal for c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a Commercial Complex comprising <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> 1 block <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> B+G+19 storiedbuilding.Chr<strong>on</strong>ology <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the event:The State Level Expert Appraisal Committee (<str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g>) granted Provisi<strong>on</strong>al Envir<strong>on</strong>mental Clearancefor the proposed project during 18 th <str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>meeting</str<strong>on</strong>g> held <strong>on</strong> 24.04.2008.The unit has applied for amendment <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the Provisi<strong>on</strong>al Envir<strong>on</strong>mental Clearance. The <str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g> grantedthe amendment <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Provisi<strong>on</strong>al Envir<strong>on</strong>mental Clearance and again stipulated the c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s for Envir<strong>on</strong>mentalClearance (SCEC) in the 42 nd <str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>meeting</str<strong>on</strong>g> held <strong>on</strong> 16.03.2010 subject to submissi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g>original PEC issued by <str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>on</strong> 23.05.2008.The prop<strong>on</strong>ent has now submitted to <str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g> <strong>on</strong> 28.05.2012 the copy <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the building plans provisi<strong>on</strong>allysancti<strong>on</strong>ed by the KMC <strong>on</strong> 28.03.2012.
