Envirotech East Pvt. Ltd. The case was put up forc<strong>on</strong>siderati<strong>on</strong> in the 73 rd <str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g> <str<strong>on</strong>g>meeting</str<strong>on</strong>g> held <strong>on</strong> <strong>30.11.2012</strong>. The <str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g> c<strong>on</strong>sidered the submissi<strong>on</strong>by the prop<strong>on</strong>ent and recommended Envir<strong>on</strong>mental Clearance. It is noted that c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> hasbeen started. The same to be brought to the notice <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> SEIAA for appropriate acti<strong>on</strong>.17. Proposed Residential and Commercial Complex “GODREJ PRAKRITI” by M/s. HappyHighrises Ltd. at 187F/1 (Old No. 150), B.T. Road, JL No. 7 & 9, Mouza – Rambhadrabati &Sukhchar, PS – Kardah, Panihati Municipality Ward No. 14, Dist. – 24 Parganas (North), <strong>West</strong><strong>Bengal</strong>.Activity:This is a proposal for c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> a Residential and Commercial Complex comprising <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> Club (1block <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> G+2 storied building), Commercial block (1 block <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> G+4 storied building), Community Hall(1 block <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> G+2 storied building) and Multi level car parking (1 block <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> B+G+5 storied building).The Residential Complex shall c<strong>on</strong>sist <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> 1948 dwelling units (5 blocks <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> G+13 storied buildings, 4blocks <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> G+21 storied buildings and 8 blocks <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> G+25 storied buildings). The Health Care block isproposed to be developed in the 2 nd Phase and is not included in the present proposal. However, theproposal for the entire project should abide by the necessary stipulati<strong>on</strong>s for c<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> projects.Chr<strong>on</strong>ology <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the event:The <str<strong>on</strong>g>SEAC</str<strong>on</strong>g> stipulated the c<strong>on</strong>diti<strong>on</strong>s for Envir<strong>on</strong>mental Clearance for the proposed project in the 41 st<str<strong>on</strong>g>meeting</str<strong>on</strong>g> held <strong>on</strong> 26.02.2010.Now the unit has submitted the copy <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the sancti<strong>on</strong>ed building plan for the proposed project <strong>on</strong>25.09.2012.
