<strong>Minutes</strong> <strong>of</strong> the seventy third <strong>meeting</strong> <strong>of</strong> the State Level Expert Appraisal Committee, WestBengal held on 30.11.2012 at 11:00 hrs. at the Conference Room, Paribesh Bhawan, Salt Lake.___________________________________________________________________Name <strong>of</strong> the Environmental Consultant is M/s. Envirotech East Pvt. Ltd. The case was put up forconsideration in the 73 rd <strong>SEAC</strong> <strong>meeting</strong> held on 30.11.2012. The <strong>SEAC</strong> considered the submissionby the proponent and recommended Environmental Clearance. It is noted that construction hasbeen started. The same to be brought to the notice <strong>of</strong> SEIAA for appropriate action.17. Proposed Residential and Commercial Complex “GODREJ PRAKRITI” by M/s. HappyHighrises Ltd. at 187F/1 (Old No. 150), B.T. Road, JL No. 7 & 9, Mouza – Rambhadrabati &Sukhchar, PS – Kardah, Panihati Municipality Ward No. 14, Dist. – 24 Parganas (North), WestBengal.Activity:This is a proposal for construction <strong>of</strong> a Residential and Commercial Complex comprising <strong>of</strong> Club (1block <strong>of</strong> G+2 storied building), Commercial block (1 block <strong>of</strong> G+4 storied building), Community Hall(1 block <strong>of</strong> G+2 storied building) and Multi level car parking (1 block <strong>of</strong> B+G+5 storied building).The Residential Complex shall consist <strong>of</strong> 1948 dwelling units (5 blocks <strong>of</strong> G+13 storied buildings, 4blocks <strong>of</strong> G+21 storied buildings and 8 blocks <strong>of</strong> G+25 storied buildings). The Health Care block isproposed to be developed in the 2 nd Phase and is not included in the present proposal. However, theproposal for the entire project should abide by the necessary stipulations for construction projects.Chronology <strong>of</strong> the event:The <strong>SEAC</strong> stipulated the conditions for Environmental Clearance for the proposed project in the 41 st<strong>meeting</strong> held on 26.02.2010.Now the unit has submitted the copy <strong>of</strong> the sanctioned building plan for the proposed project on25.09.2012.
