A minimum of twolandings is required.g) Normal ProceduresThe crew shall demonstrate use of as many of the air operator'sapproved Standard Operating Procedures, and normal procedures asare necessary to confirm that the crew has the knowledge and abilityto properly use installed equipment, (auto-pilot and hand flownmanoeuvres as appropriate).h) Abnormal and Emergency Procedures:i) the crew shall demonstrate use of as many of the air operator'sapproved Standard Operating Procedures and abnormal andemergency procedures for as many of the emergency situationsas is necessary to confirm that the crew has an adequateknowledge and ability to perform these procedures;ii) system malfunctions shall consist of a selection adequate todetermine that the crew has satisfactory knowledge and ability tosafely handle malfunctions;iii) at least two simulated engine failures any time during the check.1 st Edition Page 63 of 80 June, 2009Appendix A1.
