Local specificities orin contrary similarities can then draw priorities to address in the state water sector.The short visit to Lessel allows pointing similar concerns than in Naka: problems ofpower supply, chemicals supply, vandalism and government investment. Thetreatment process did not appear to be very clear also. This evaluation can even bereused in Naka to measure evolution of the water system.To ensure optimal output, real explanation of purposes and outputs of evaluationshould be honestly and clearly explained to all actors so that it can promote greatparticipation of all stakeholders.
