The site is now available at www.3i-vella.eu and is updated every six months. The first threeissues of the VELLA electronic newsletter have been edited and circulated among the scientists involvedin activities related to HLM technologies for nuclearapplications. The distribution list for the newsletterAdvanced Physics, 2005 Progress Report, Sect. 1presently numbers around 1500 contacts.135
