Group Management Team<br />

The Group Management Team consists of the<br />

Chief Executive Officer and President of the parent<br />

company, the Group’s Chief financial Officer,<br />

the Regional Managing Directors, the Group’s<br />

Chairman and the Directors of the financial<br />

Services and Credit Management Service Lines<br />

respectively.<br />

LARS WOLLUNG<br />

LARS WOLLUNG<br />

Age 49, President and Chief Executive Officer<br />

Mr. Wollung took up the position on February 1,<br />

2009. He was previously President and Chief Executive<br />

Officer of the management and IT consulting<br />

company Acando AB. He co- founded Acando<br />

in 1999, serving first as Vice President and then<br />

President from 2001. For nine years he worked as<br />

a management consultant at McKinsey & Company,<br />

undertaking international assignments in fields such<br />

as corporate strategy, organizational change and<br />

operational improvement programs. He is Director<br />

of Sigma AB. Mr. Wollung holds a M.Sc. in Economics<br />

from the Stockholm School of Economics and<br />

an M.Sc. in Engineering from the Royal Institute of<br />

Technology in Stockholm.<br />

BENGT LEJDSTRÖM<br />

GIJSBERT WASSINK<br />

Age 45, Director of Financial Services<br />

Mr. Wassink joined Intrum Justitia in 1992 and as<br />

of August 2009 is Director for the Group’s Financial<br />

Services operations. He has held several leading<br />

positions at Intrum Justitia. Since 2007 he has been<br />

Managing Director for the Group’s Purchased Debt<br />

operations. Before joining Intrum Justitia he was an<br />

auditor with Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Wassink holds<br />

a de gree in Economics and Business Administration<br />

from the VU University in Amsterdam.<br />

BENGT LEJDSTRÖM<br />

Age 48, CFO<br />

Mr. Lejdström joined Intrum Justitia as CFO in November<br />

2009. He was previously CFO and acting<br />

CEO of the management and IT consulting company<br />

Acando AB, where he was employed from 2008.<br />

Prior to Acando, Mr. Lejdström worked for NASDAQ<br />

OMX Stockholm, the European Central Bank, and<br />

as a management consultant or line manager for<br />

several different companies in the financial services<br />

industry. Mr. Lejdström holdsna M.Sc. in Economics<br />

from the Stockholm School of Economics and has<br />

taken several management courses at the Stockholm<br />

School of Economics IFL Executive Education,<br />

IBM and Rational Management.<br />
