M.Sc. from CWRU (Case Western Reserve University)<br />

Cleveland, Ohio, and a M.Sc in Engineering from<br />

Mr. Westlund joined Intrum Justitia as Managing<br />

Director for Intrum Justitia Sverige AB in November<br />

2009 and assumed the position as Regional<br />

Managing Director for Scandinavia and became the<br />

Regional Managing Director for Northern Europe in<br />

2010. Mr. Westlund held several positions at Lindorff<br />

between 2006 and 2009 such as inter alia Director<br />

of Capital Collection, CEO Lindorff Capital AS<br />

and Head of Capital Scandinavia. Prior to Lindorff,<br />

Mr. Westlund was CEO for Aktiv Kapital Sweden<br />

and has also worked at Swedbank for eleven years<br />

where he held the position as Head of Loan Process<br />

between 2000 and 2003. Mr. Westlund holds a<br />

M.Sc. in economics from Örebro University.<br />

Age 43, Regional Managing Director<br />

Mr. Hutter joined Intrum Justitia in 1994 and became<br />

the Regional Managing Director for Central<br />

Europe in October 2010. Prior to that he was the<br />

Regional Managing Director of Austria, Germany<br />

and Switzerland. He has been Managing Director<br />

in Switzerland since 2003 and since 2007 has also<br />

been Managing Director in Austria. Before joining<br />

Intrum Justitia, he held various sales management<br />

positions. Mr. Hutter has been a Director of the<br />

Swiss trade association Verband Schweizerischer<br />

Inkassotreuhandinstitute (VSI) since 1999 and became<br />

its President in April 2009.<br />

Portugal and Spain. He was previously director at<br />
