Price information
All prices stated in this Accommodation Guide are stated in
euros and shall apply from a minimum stay of 3 nights, subject
to major changes in the Austrian pricing structure. Surcharges
may be levied for shorter stays, for single bed rooms, heating,
use of common baths and showers. Children’s discounts on
request if not otherwise stated.

Excerpt from the Travel Conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations
1. If a room or a holiday apartment has been booked, confirmed or made available at short notice then an accommodation agreement has been concluded;
we recommend written confirmation by tenant and landlord. The provision of a deposit is advisable.
2. The conclusion of the accommodation agreement shall obligate the contractual partner for the entire term of the agreement to the performance of the
mutual obligations therein.
– The landlord’s obligation shall be to make the room available corresponding to the booking.
– The tenant’s obligation shall be to pay the price for the period (duration) of the booking of the rental object. Unilateral termination is not possible.
3. In the event of non-provision of the room, the host (landlord) shall be obligated to compensate the guest for damages. The agreement between the
accommodation provider and guest can be annulled by both partners by unilateral declaration up to 3 months prior to the stipulated date of arrival
at the latest. No cancellation fee can be levied however. In event of cancellation of the agreement up to one month at the latest prior to the stipulated
date of arrival a cancellation fee of 3 nights accommodation (room price) shall be payable. A future cancellation shall be associated with payment of
the agreed compensation. The landlord must however deduct what they have saved as a result of the non-utilisation of their service offer or what they
have received through the otherwise rental of this property. Experience has shown that savings to the business resulting from non-utilisation of the
service amounts to 20% of the room price and 30% of the board price.
