Part B — Acquisition Functions 97AcquisitionsAcquisition is defined as data collection from an external source (such as electrodes connected to anamplifier).‣ Before you begin an acquisition, make sure the MP data acquisition unit is turned on andconnected to your computer. Please refer to the BIOPAC Hardware Guide for more informationon connections.To begin collecting data and display data as it is being collected:1. Launch the <strong>BSL</strong> <strong>PRO</strong> application (you can double click the <strong>BSL</strong> <strong>PRO</strong> icon).2. Choose File > New and select document type “Graph Window” :3. Set up the specific channels you want to acquire before starting the acquisition.
