7Checking the meterControl test not OK – possible sources of errorIf Control test not OK ... Repeat control test is displayed,the result obtained is not within the concentrationrange displayed. Check the points listed on thenext page. If your answer is different from the answergiven, make the respective corrections and repeat thetest. If you have taken all of these points into accountand Control test not OK is still displayed, contactAccu-Chek Customer Care.If Control test not OK Repeat control test isdisplayed, it is no longer certain that the meterand test cassette are functioning properly. Bloodglucose tests may then deliver incorrect results.Incorrect results can cause the wrong therapyrecommendation to be made and thus produceserious adverse health effects.186
