Statewide HRC members <strong>of</strong>fer experience, diversity, and commitment toassisting the Division to promote the human rights <strong>of</strong> people receiving services.Website Development and Updates<strong>Georgia</strong> <strong>Quality</strong> <strong>Management</strong> <strong>System</strong> Website UpdatesThe GQMS application supporting the PCR, QEPR and FUTAC processes was updated based upon toolchanges, database updates, and functionality changes. The public pages <strong>of</strong> the GQMS website wereupdated throughout the year to include revised tools used in the review processes, trainingannouncements and presentations, new Best Practices, annual report information, FUTAC processannouncements, new web-based resources, QI Council meeting minutes, and new processes for theProvider Public Reporting website.Provider Public Reporting WebsiteThe provider public reporting website (www.georgiaddproviders.org) made two significant changes thisyear:• Providers can now register to log on to the site itself to complete their organization’sinformation or to update the information already posted on the site.• If a provider organization has facilities/<strong>of</strong>fices in more than one location, they can now includethe other locations on the site.These two major changes helped provide more accurate and up to date information for individualssearching the site. A presentation with detailed instructions was developed and posted to the site on howto submit and update provider information.<strong>Georgia</strong> <strong>Quality</strong> <strong>Management</strong> <strong>System</strong> PortalsThere are a total <strong>of</strong> five (5) portal sites to help support internal (Delmarva staff) and external (Divisionand Regional staff and Human Rights Council members) users in communicating and sharinginformation, and are described as follows:• <strong>Georgia</strong> Reports: Where all PCR, QEPR, and FUTAC reports are posted for Regional andDivision staff to review• <strong>Georgia</strong> <strong>Quality</strong> Improvement Councils: Where all meeting minutes and resources for eachCouncil can be posted.• Human Rights Council: Where these members can review cases being considered by the Council,and include meeting minutes and case study determinations.• <strong>Georgia</strong> Team: Where information, resources, and schedules are maintained for the Delmarvastaff.________________________________________________________________________________________________August 31, 2011 27
