C. At <strong>the</strong> conclusion of this activity, <strong>the</strong> contractor shall present to <strong>the</strong> City written certificationthat <strong>the</strong> tests per<strong>for</strong>med were in accordance with <strong>the</strong> approved plan, and that <strong>the</strong> results inreference to corrective action, have resulted in <strong>the</strong> passing of <strong>the</strong> prior failed test locations.D. City shall participate in <strong>the</strong>se tests.Operational System TestA. This test shall be per<strong>for</strong>med to demonstrate that <strong>the</strong> radio system and related sub-systemshave been properly configured and optimized; and that <strong>the</strong>y will operate fully and properlywithout a major system failure.B. This test shall be per<strong>for</strong>med after all <strong>the</strong> tests and inspections defined earlier in this sectionhave been accepted, and be<strong>for</strong>e system cutover.C. During <strong>the</strong> test, all system features and functions shall be fully operational and accessible to<strong>the</strong> test users. City shall approve <strong>the</strong> selection of test users.D. The duration of this test shall not be <strong>for</strong> less than a continuous thirty (30) calendar dayperiod.E. City requires <strong>the</strong> following, not to exceed, response and repair times during this period:1. For all fixed infrastructure equipmenta. 24-hour x 7-day coverageb. 2-hour on-site response (OSR)c. 4-hour repair from time of OSR2. For all mobile equipmenta. 24-hour x 7-day coverageb. 2-hour OSRc. 4-hour repair or exchange from time of OSRd. 3 business days to complete repairs from time of OSR3. For all portable equipment, less accessoriesa. 8-hour x 5-day coverageb. 8-hour OSRc. 3 business days to complete repairs from time of OSRF. If a major failure occurs within <strong>the</strong> thirty (30) calendar day period, <strong>the</strong> continuation or re-startof <strong>the</strong> test will be at <strong>the</strong> discretion of <strong>the</strong> City. City defines major failure as follows:“Any failure that causes full featured or full function operation to be loston any one radio channel or at any one fixed equipment site”.G.
