Section 14. WARRANTYA. The contractor shall provide ten (10) years of warranty from the date of final systemacceptance or as noted on other sections of the specification. This warranty shall include allradio coverage, parts, labor and travel related to all the equipment and software suppliedunder this contract.B. The contractor shall detail conditions and response times for infrastructure, mobile, portableand workstations:1. Coverage (24-hour x 7-day, etc.)2. On-site response time (OSR)3. Repair from time of OSR4. Equipment turn-around time from OSRC. The contractor shall identify in the response the local organization or organizations, whichwill be responsible for, warranty during the first year.
