The Emergency Plan must also contain a list of the relevant authorities to becontacted and the arrangements <strong>for</strong> coordinating actions concerning an emergency. 61The Emergency Plan must also incorporate evacuation procedures and the processes <strong>for</strong>testing and review of the procedures contained in the Plan.In addition to the documents referred to above, the launch operator is also required tosubmit an Outstanding Acquittals Plan that sets out all other approvals, orauthorisation, required <strong>for</strong> the construction or operation of the launch facility or thelaunch vehicle along specified flight paths. 62 Examples of such outstandingauthorisations and approvals include permits <strong>for</strong> frequency use in telemetry systems,airspace clearances and land use planning issues that are not covered by the Act.CONDITIONS AND FEESDuring the term of a <strong>Space</strong> Licence, the launch operator is required to:a) provide any in<strong>for</strong>mation reasonably and lawfully requested by the Governmentthat relate to the <strong>Space</strong> Licence; 63b) allow access to the facility and provide any in<strong>for</strong>mation or assistance reasonablyrequested by the appointed Launch Safety <strong>Office</strong>r; 64c) comply with the approved Program Management Plan; 65d) comply with the approved Flight Test Plan, if one is required; 66e) comply with the approved Technology Security Plan; 67f) comply with the approved Emergency Plan; 68g) comply with the approved Environmental Plan; 69 ’h) provide all relevant in<strong>for</strong>mation, including qualifications, duties, functions andcontact details, of each relevant employee when requested and maintain records ofsuch in<strong>for</strong>mation <strong>for</strong> seven years; 70 andi) comply with any direction lawfully given by the Government in revising any of theplans or in<strong>for</strong>mation referred to above. 7161Regulation 2.14.62Regulation 2.16.63Sections 20(a) and 60.64Section 20(b).65Regulation 2.04(2)(a).66Regulation 2.04(b).67Regulation 2.04(c).68Regulation 2.04(d).69Regulation 2.04(e).
