(Request the free book, What IsIdolatry). Your Creator and Father, employ variouscontracts, covenanted by your desires, driving youto do what you want to do. God, alone, knows howto change you, giving you free choice, to choose God,should you want.Covenants are God’s gifts of inheritance, which youdo not deserve and therefore, are gifts granted fromGod. By His great mercy, ultimately, God will forgiveall manner of sin, “Wherefore, I say to you, all mannerof sin [miss the mark] and blasphemy [curses] shall beforgiven to men: but the blasphemy against [resisting]the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven to men” (Matthew12:31). Sin is not the issue, but rejecting God’s HolySpirit, which is God’s power, love and sound mind(II Timothy 1:7). Wow! God knows you will sin, tilldeath, and therefore, gives you mercy through Christ.God’s Covenants are His “changing agreements” to besure you make the grade (to be in His image).
Chapter 2THE ETERNAL COVENANTGod, in The Torah, has made manycontracts with individuals, including theworld, as well. (Request the free book,God’s Three Covenants). Three covenants,apply directly, to everyone fulfilling HisCovenant to make man (mankind) in Hisimage (Genesis 1:26). The Bible reveals,the prophecy, how God accomplished Hispurpose and plan, proving God is true andcan always be faithfully trusted.DAY ONEMankind, needs “time” to think, plan, and then to directhis efforts, since time does not exist with God.Humans can only have thoughts “in part” (I Corinthians13:9). God is spatial, thinking eternally and envisionsthe whole universe in His plan. The Days ofCreation are timeless and eternal to God. God gaveyou the stars, sun and moon to count human, earthlytime on The Fourth Day.Day one from Genesis 1, in God’s mind were instant.“Yom” for “day” can be eternal. Evening and morning,as a day, without the earthly time table, can beinstant, or many years to God, or man. Man thinksin seconds, hours, days, and years, but God has dis-
