DEVELOPMENT GUIDANCE SYSTEMManufactured Homes that must meet the installation guidelines asestablished by County Ordinance. The following criteria shall beconsidered by the Board prior to issuance of the Conditional UsePermit:1. Size. The accessory dwelling shall contain a minimum ormaximum number of square feet of living space based onneighborhood characteristics.2. Time Limit. The Board may establish a time limit for the temporaryaccessory dwelling.3. Occupancy. The accessory dwelling shall only be occupied by animmediate family member of the property owner (father, mother,son, daughter), and the member’s family or an individual whoprovides “care-giver” services.4. Restriction. The accessory dwelling shall not be available to thepublic for rent.5. Location. The accessory dwelling shall be placed on the propertyas illustrated on the site plan submitted and in accordance with thebuilding setback lines established for the designated zone.6. Expiration. The Conditional Use Permit for a TemporaryAccessory Dwelling shall be issued to the current property ownerand shall expire when the property is transferred. The ConditionalUse permit is not transferable to another property owner.7. Removal. Upon vacancy of the accessory dwelling, it must beremoved from the property.
