Areas of existing trees including those located along fence rows anddrainage areas.15. Notes relative to any special restrictions on the property, such as, anyvariances or conditional use permits that have been secured, access,shared features (entrances, parking or drive lanes), record platrestrictions/covenants and maintenance of common areas.16. A statistical summary of all pertinent site data (this information shouldbe listed in acreage, square footage and/or percentage of the site asapplicable), including site area, zoning, use, building coverage andfloor area, parking and open space areas, number of parking spaces,number of dwelling units, building height, and required landscaping.17.
