The Kombinat offers an extensive assortment of dairy products numbering over 40 items. Especially popular with consumers are dehydrated milk products, such as whole milk powder, cream powder, powder mix for making cream and protein ice-cream, and skimmed milk powder. The range of fermented and whole milk products is highly diversifi ed and includes kefi r, katyk, sour cream, curd and cottage cheese, processed cheese, Adygheiski cheese, etc. The Kombinat’s facilities are furnished with state-of-the-art process equipment manufactured by leading German and Dutch fi rms. Flexible manufacturing procedures allow the Kombinat to customize products in accordance with physical, chemical, and microbiological properties specifi ed by each individual client. In 2006 and 2007, the Kombinat was a laureate of the Russia’s Top 100 Goods contest. The products by Meleuz Milk Processing Kombinat have been awarded with Grand Prix’s of the International Dairy Industry Forum over the recent fi ve years.
