Total investments: 18 billion roubles
1st stage – start of limestone mining,
construction of lime, asphalt, concrete and
crushed stone plants, plant for production of
dry building mixtures and aerated concrete,
construction of settlement for workers of the
works – 10 billion roubles.
2nd stage – construction of cement plant.
3rd stage – railway line between Beloretsk and
Uchaly.
Production volume:
Cement – 1,2 mln. tons per year;
Lime – 1,8 mln. tons per year;
Crushed stone – 1,5 mln.tons per year;
Dry building mixtures – 150 thousand tons per
year.
Raw materials base is the North Suyargul
deposit of limestone with an area of 100
hectares.
Payback period:
5 years
Creation of new jobs: ~ 1000
