1-st phase (January-March, 2008) – cold repair
of bath furnace №4, repair, modernization and
putting into operation of the functioning glass
tubes extending line;
2-nd phase (April-June, 2008) – cold repair of
bath furnace №1, purchase of glass-forming
machine, putting into operation
3-rd phase (March, 2008 – February, 2009)
construction of bath furnace №8 and purchase
of ampoule line, glass tubes extending line and
bottle lines.
Additional volume of production:
ampoules – 274 mln. pieces per year (increment
to total marketable products – 9,4%);
vessels out of glass mass – 27,1 mln. pieces per
year (increment to total marketable products –
11,8%).
Production volume of fi rst hydraulic class
products, made on new equipment expected
at 640 mln. roubles per year (increase 25,2% to
total commodity output).
Period of payback:
1-st phase – 1,8 years
2-nd phase – 4,2 years
3-rd phase – 1,4 years
Creation of new jobs: ~ 200
