Prepare a prawn cocktail by mixing ketchup, spring onion, paprika, mayonnaise<br />
and lemon juice before stirring in cooked prawns. Pour lettuce leaves arranged in<br />
separate glass bowls over the mixture and finish with a dash of celery salt.<br />
Toss celery leaves, apples, walnuts, and vinaigrette or any other dressing of<br />
choice in a large bowl before seasoning with salt and pepper for that crunchy<br />
