On my Mumbai Kolata <strong>Spice</strong>Jet flight<br />
something nice happened. So, the<br />
company’s travel agency booked me<br />
under the veg meal category. Now<br />
those who know me, know how I feel<br />
about veg food. So I ordered a nonveg<br />
sandwich @200 and chomped it<br />
in a jiffy. So as we were about to land<br />
the steward comes up to me and says,<br />
“Sir, we sold your unused veg meal to<br />
another deserving flyer and so we<br />
would like to return your Rs 200.<br />
Simple things that an organisation<br />
does leave a smile on the face. It’s a<br />
good customer experience moment<br />
coz they could just add 200 to their<br />
kitty and no one would know or care.<br />
