At the E<strong>commerce</strong> Foundation, we believe that sharing knowledge is essential for the<br />
continuous growth of the e-<strong>commerce</strong> industry. For this reason we have recently<br />
developed two initiatives with the aim of helping e-<strong>commerce</strong> companies improve. The<br />
E<strong>commerce</strong>Wiki is an international platform on which we strive to gather as much<br />
relevant e-<strong>commerce</strong> content as possible, with the help of many experts worldwide. In<br />
addition, we have set up the E<strong>commerce</strong> Benchmark, a useful tool for companies to<br />
compare their e-<strong>commerce</strong> performance with their direct competitors in a safe and<br />
anonymous way.<br />
Through this report we want to share our knowledge on global <strong>B2C</strong> e-<strong>commerce</strong>. We<br />
have gathered these facts, figures and insights through thorough desk research and with<br />
the help of various association partners in the specific countries. This results in an<br />
elaborate report which will definitely offer valuable information to parties that trade<br />
cross-border around the world or have intentions to do so.<br />
