What would you say on your customer satisfaction
policy?
We all know that customer satisfaction is the key element of
trade and business. When you did not satisfy them, you lost
them. So, we do our best to satisfy them completely from
the first stage of contact to sales and to customer services.
We use the best parts and inputs for quality manufacturing
and are keen on protecting our image based on customer
trust.
Do you participate in international fairs? What is
the importance of fairs for your business?
We have been participating in ITMA fair regularly since 1999,
an important fair for textile industries. Besides, we participated
in several textile fairs held in Pakistan, Germany,
Mexico, Morocco, Egypt, Indonesia and Brazil. In this era,
fairs are important events for getting opportunities to introduce
your company, to find new customers and representatives
to develop better solutions for your buyers.
What are your targets for 2017?
We think there is a lot of work to do and many projects we
should carry out not only in Middle East and Far East countries
but also in Europe. We know that technical textiles and
textiles still exist in European countries and we see there
are some serious references formed in the Netherlands,
Poland and some other countries when we look at our last
6-7 years sales.Similarly, we aim to maintain our existence
as a strong player providing customer-special solutions in
Europe.Among teh target countries, include some countries
in Central and South America. We aim to find new customers
who will increase our awareness in the region and
contribute to our exports by cooperating with strong and
dynamic representative compaines here.
