U CANOE UNLEASHED ACTIVATOR<br />
U Canoe Unleashed training takes place where<br />
participants can access the water and is for leaders<br />
who are suitably qualified for the body of water<br />
U Canoe Unleashed is taking place on.<br />
It can be as long or as short as the activator requires.<br />
British Canoeing Development Officers will brief<br />
the activator(s) on U Canoe and its ethos and will<br />
also run through the activity cards to ensure<br />
thorough understanding before sessions start. All<br />
U Canoe Unleashed activators should know the most<br />
appropriate exit routes for any participants wishing to<br />
progress their canoeing skills beyond U Canoe.<br />
COURSE LENGTH VARIES<br />
• A U Canoe Unleashed activator can be chosen by the<br />
delivery centre. It should be someone that is qualified<br />
to deliver on the body of water that the sessions<br />
will take place on and fits the U Canoe activator<br />
characteristics.<br />
