WEIGHT LIFTING
To provide learners with an introduction to the
processes and principles of coaching Weight
Lifting to adults and children. The Award
effectively assist more qualified coaches,
delivering aspects of coaching sessions,
normally under direct supervision.
The course is delivered over a 3-day learning
programme. The initial first two days are
designed to deliver and underpin all the
learning content needed in order to make
a knowledgeable and successful assistant
coach. Day three consists of a practical and
theory based assessment day, which allows
the learners to demonstrate their in-depth
knowledge and coaching skills.
classroom and gym based learning.
WEIGHT LIFTING
coaching sessions.
The course is delivered over a 3-day learning
program. The course consists of a blended
