How not to become
Do you often find yourself
trapped with monotonous
days at work? Do you feel
you are stuck in a compulsive rut and
with no escape? The vicious circle of
monotonous work forces you to not
deviate from the corporate enslaving.

bound by the pressure to perform and
deliver with the threat of not only losing
their position but also having to deal
with the associated stigma and status
diminution. This has a detrimental
impact on the individual holistically
resulting in a physical, emotional and
psychological burnout."
Being a corporate slave is a trap, and
we will say just how you can save
yourself from falling into it.
The boss is NOT always right
The conventional rule says ‘Boss is
always right’ and we have spent all our
work life trying to please the boss with
whatever ways possible. But it leaves
us stuck in a space, because as long as
our boss is happy with us, things work
in our favor and the minute we decide
to do something else, everything is
against us. A happy boss is sure very
important but in your quest to please
your boss, you try to be perfect and
set standards for yourself that may be
unrealistically high and impossible to
meet, which by all means is not good.
Set realistic standards
You should have a good understanding
of your strengths and limitations.
Expecting too much out of yourself
or belittling yourself when you don't
meet a set target only adds up to the
frustration.
