transition. Agenda includes high level One Product benefits/major changes, PolicyCenter<br />
benefits/major changes, and the Agency Learning Path.<br />
Second Round of eLearning Modules Become Available (Agents)<br />
The second set of eLearning modules focus on changing and servicing policies. They are available in<br />
both iLearn. This modules are simulation based, prompting agents to click where they would in the<br />
live system to advance.<br />
