Agenda includes high level One Product benefits/major changes, PolicyCenter benefits/major changes, and the Agency Learning Path. Second Round of eLearning Modules Become Available (Agents) The second set of eLearning modules focus on changing and servicing policies. They are available in both iLearn. If you still haven’t signed up for one of the live, virtual training sessions or the face-to-face event, there’s still time! These courses will help you build a foundation of knowledge about One Product and PolicyCenter now that you can begin quoting the new personal solutions in Oregon and Washington. The training and e-learning modules in iLearn will be key to your success with the new system and products, so I encourage you to check them out!
